Rubber Conveyor Belts
General information
The ropes, made up of many steel filaments, are constructed to provide high flexibility and greater cohesion in order to increase the strength of the belt.
The galvanized zinc coating produces a bonding agent between the cable and the connecting rubber and provides important insulation against corrosion.
The Rubber
Extensive rubber compound technology has made it possible to develop a superior bonding rubber that penetrates and adheres to steel wire ropes. The result is excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Its purpose
They are mainly used for long-distance transportation, heavy loads and physically demanding applications. They are especially suitable for high-mass or high-volume flows and for very abrasive materials.
