Ribbed Conveyor Belts

Ribbed conveyor belts are used to transport materials up steep inclines where conventional belts would not be effective.

The ribs act as transverse barriers that prevent materials from sliding or rolling backwards, making them ideal for industrial environments such as mines, quarries and the food industry.

In applications for conveying solids with inclines of 20º to 45º, Ribbed Belts are more suitable.
