SC 4000 Cement Rubber glue dries at room temperature and, once mixed with the appropriate amount of E-40 Hardener, produces high-strength adhesives without the aid of heat, pressure or special equipment.

SC 4000 glue can be used with E-40 hardener on natural rubber, neoprene rubber, SBR rubber and others, and these can be bonded to each other, to fabric and to steel, making it ideal for protection against wear and corrosion, and especially for cold vulcanization of conveyor belts.
